SeleneX Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to SeleneX platform modules, analytics, and generated outputs. By using SeleneX, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of service

SeleneX provides mission risk and compliance decision support, evidence workflows, and reporting automation. Results are support outputs and do not replace independent legal, underwriting, or engineering judgment.

2. Accounts and security

Users are responsible for account confidentiality, MFA usage, and lawful access management inside their organization.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use SeleneX to violate law, abuse APIs, bypass security controls, or submit harmful or fraudulent data.

4. Data ownership

Mission and evidence data uploaded by customers remains customer data. SeleneX processes data to deliver agreed services.

5. Availability and changes

Platform features may evolve over time. Maintenance windows and model updates may affect behavior and outputs.

6. Liability limits

To the extent permitted by law, SeleneX excludes indirect or consequential damages and limits liability under applicable contractual terms.
