A supplier shouldn't have to pay to respond to work its own customer assigned it. Only the organization running the program — creating programs, issuing work, inviting suppliers — pays.
What happens if an invited collaborator wants to run its own program?
It upgrades to a SeleneX Organization plan. The invited-collaborator work it already did stays exactly as it was; the upgrade only unlocks the ability to issue its own work.

Can I cancel?
