SeleneX acts as controller for account and service operation data, and as processor where customer contracts define such role.

We process account identity data, authentication metadata, mission-team collaboration metadata, and support/contact records.

Processing is based on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interest in service security, or consent where required.

SeleneX applies role-based access, MFA, evidence integrity controls, audit trail controls, and other technical/organizational safeguards.

Data retention depends on contractual terms, legal obligations, incident-response needs, and customer deletion requests.
